Lots of interesting things happen every day on our little farm! There’s a horse that roams around the neighborhood with surprise appearances, and pigs and chickens and ducks that eat bugs There are butterflies laying eggs on the milkweed and even an occasional Blackburns Spinx moth in the potato patch. A Mynah we found as a fledgling that hangs out on our front porch. The fact is, you have to watch where you walk. Our whole growing area is low input, we mulch with the vetiver and citronella we use as bedding for the animals. That’s it
